Your details, and what we do with them
The short version: we use your details to quote and run your move, and nothing else. This policy follows the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect
When you use our quote form, contact form or site visit form, we collect what you type in: your name, mobile number, email address, the suburbs or towns you are moving between, your moving date and any details about the move.
When you call, text or email Dan, we keep the details you share so we can quote and book your move.
Our website may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which pages help people book. These tools use cookies and do not tell us who you are. [CONFIRM once tracking is live]
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, send your price, book your move and contact you about it on the day.
We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list without asking, or share them with anyone except the services we use to run the website and send your enquiry to Dan.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are sent to Dan by email and stored securely with Amazon Web Services in Australia (Sydney region) for two years, then deleted automatically.
Our website is built and looked after by Media Giant, who can access the form records to keep the website working.
Seeing or correcting your details
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Call or text Dan on 027 364 9590, or email relocationz2020@gmail.com.
If you are not happy with how we handle your request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
