We enlisted the services of Dan and his Team for our shift from storage in Palmerston North to present our property prior to going on the market in Belmont, Lower Hutt We could not praise Relocationz more highly . The shift included very fragile items and also extremely heavy items accumulated from five generational properties. We personally found the prospect of getting our 'treasures' out of storage after 10 years particularly daunting, however the "Relocationz" Team didn't blink an eyelid. They arrived in Palmerston North at 10am and the furniture had been placed in the double storied house in Lower Hutt by the end of the day. We also called on Dan and his team member to assist with reloading and stacking our container after various items had been re-packed. They also offered to take items to the Salvation Army for us, which we were hugely appreciative of as we were under a particularly tight time-frame. The property has since successfully sold and we will once again enlist the services of Dan and his Team with regard to vacant possession prior to settlement. WOW!! Much deserved 5 stars. Dan and his team are prompt, have very clear communication and overall hard workers. I would recommend these guys over anyone else, if you want the job done properly and efficiently with no hassle, hire them. Moved an entire house just over 2 hours.

Update 06.09.26- I have used Relocationz ltd for my 3rd move and they were great yet again! I’ve used Relocationz for both my moves now and they’ve been great each time! Speedy and reliable, a great service. The second move was done a steep zig zag path and they were so helpful and managed it without a problem! I’ve recommended them to friends and will definitely use them again when I next move. Dan and David were friendly and had great communication too!

RelocatioNZ is owner-operated. Dan does the site visit, writes the quote and is on the truck on move night, so the plan you agreed is the plan the crew follows. You deal with one phone number from first call to final invoice.

How much does a commercial move cost in Wellington?

Do your business prices include GST?

Can you move our business after hours or on a weekend?
Yes. Evening and weekend moves are common for offices and shops that cannot close during the week. Your team leaves on Friday and comes back to desks in place on Monday. There is no after-hours or weekend surcharge, so the hourly rate is the same as a Tuesday morning. Book your free site visit and Dan will set the window with you.
What size of business do you move?
RelocatioNZ suits small and medium offices, shops, workshops, storerooms and single commercial items. The crew is small, so Dan plans each job to fit. There is no separate office crew, it is the same movers who do the houses, so for a very large corporate move talk to Dan about crew size and timing before booking a date.
Can you move a single printer, copier or boardroom table?
Yes. Large office items move as standalone jobs, charged by the hour from $135 including GST with one mover, or $210 with two for heavy or awkward pieces. Check with your copier leasing company first, as some require their own technician to prepare the machine.
Do you disconnect computers and phones?
Plan on your IT provider disconnecting, packing and reconnecting computers, screens, servers and phone systems. RelocatioNZ is a moving crew rather than an office fit-out team, so that side stays with your own provider. The crew moves the packed equipment and furniture, and Dan can time the move around your IT provider's visit so staff can log on the next morning. Label cables and screens by desk number before packing.
